Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Out-of-Stock Items

If a model is temporarily out of stock, restocking requires approximately 7 days.
Once the item is back in stock, standard processing times (1–3 business days) and regular shipping times will apply.

Shipping Times

We ship all orders from our international warehouse.
Estimated delivery time to the United Kingdom is 7–10 business days, depending on the shipping method and destination.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on the product or checkout page.

Customs & Import Duties

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are determined by your local customs authority.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
Sapphire Time has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number and link.
Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Delays & Liability

We are not liable for delays outside our control.
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events such as natural disasters or strikes.
Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the delivery address (or to your nominated safe place or neighbor, if applicable).

Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for any reshipment costs.
